Camera and Face Detection Use
Our app uses the camera only when users start attendance check-in or check-out. The camera is used to capture an attendance photo and to detect whether a face is present in the frame.
We do not collect or store Face ID data, facial templates, face embeddings, or biometric identifiers.
Attendance photos are used only for employee attendance verification and are submitted to the official Smart ASN attendance server. Temporary local files are deleted after submission.
Attendance records are retained according to applicable government employee attendance record policies.
We do not sell face data or share it with advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers.
You can enable or disable camera access at any time through your Device settings.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service: including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
- To contact You: to contact You regarding updates, notifications, or service-related information.
- To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us.
- To verify employee attendance: through photo-based validation, without biometric identification processing.
- For legal compliance: where required by applicable law or regulation.
- For service improvement: to evaluate and improve Our Service.

We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: to support and operate the Service.
- With Affiliates: where necessary and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
